Product & GTM leader
I build enterprise software and take it to market. First customer, first dollar, first team — I live in the gap between zero and product-market fit. I've built two products from scratch and spent the rest of my career selling them, supporting them, and turning them into enterprise revenue.
- Built a customizable ERP suite 0 → 1 at Tailor: pre-built modules, automated data migration, and templated requirements gathering. Landed the first US customers and helped close the Series B.
- Built omlet.dev (frontend accelerator) from inception to GA at Zeplin as a team of one PM. All product surface: landing page, docs, pricing, closing early deals.
- Sold the product — cut sales cycles 3 months → 1 month with a custom demo environment and tighter ICP targeting. Generated multi-six figures ARR in the first year.
- Acquired key logos: Instacart, Paychex, Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, GoFundMe — closed these deals personally.
- Ran Customer Success scaling a team 2 → 8 and delivering 110% NRR on a $20M portfolio through health monitoring and proactive feedback loops.
- Built Enterprise SKUs at two companies (Zeplin + Webflow) by driving SSO, SOC2, RBAC, governance, and compliance into the product — unlocked millions in new ARR.
- Slashed implementation timelines 6 months → 3 months with pre-built modules and automated migration pipelines.
- Promoted from Head of Product → VP of Product, owning PM and engineering hiring.
I grew up in Japan, think like an investor, obsess over knowledge systems, and have a soft spot for tennis, coffee, and weird cultivation projects.
